Today, we are going to do the yoga stretches that feel the best for when you get out of a car at a rest stop or after a long ride. These exercises and poses have been crucial to help you cope with being stuck in a car for several hours. We will work on stretching the legs a lot because there aren’t much spaces for that in a car. And, let’s do some arm and shoulder stretching to release tensions that can be accumulated from sitting for so long in a confined space. After this short class you will be in shape and ready to get back on the road! Benefits of this class: Release deep glute tension caused by prolonged sitting or travel.
