You don’t have an energy in morning? This yoga practice is for you! Let’s start your morning gently with naked yoga! I will help you to awaken your body with simple stretches preparing you for the day with increased energy and a clear mind. You will awake your body, boost circulation, and prepare your mind for the day! This class is a gentle way to increase blood and oxygen flow to the entire body to help you wake up and start the day. We will begin on our backs and slowly progress through the class until we end standing, with the aim to feel much more energized than when we had started. This practice will help you to increase flexibility, blood flow and wake up the body. If you feel any pain sensations ease off the stretch or movement. -NYV0207C
