I find that this is especially important when participating yoga and various movement practices. Each of our bodies are so different and throughout the day our bodies can change from one state to another\u2026 one day we might be extra flexible and open while the next day we might be very tight and closed. In this video, I will teache you to be free and move with the rhythm of your heart, body and mind. I will guide you how to tap into your intuition, move and express yourself however you feel like it every single day of your life. Our bodies can be our best teachers if we only learn to listen to your body. It is all about tapping into your intuition and innate wisdom.
