In this class, we will help you find grounding in yourself and develop more inner peace and self love. We will be targeting stretching in the hip area where a lot of trauma and emotions can be stored as well as toning and strengthening poses that will give you the empowerment you need to feel good within yourself. You might still eat after the class but it might be something healthier like fruits and veggies, something that you feel your body really wants. You might only be thirsty in the end as well.
