We will show you how to do the throne, the chair, the bird, the whale and more. It is important that your base is strong enough to hold your weight. Most of the time the base weighs more than the flyer. But if the base is very strong it can also lift someone who weighs more than them. It is important to move very slowly and always let go of your partner\u2019s limbs if you feel like they are falling, let them fall by themselves and so they can find a way to fall without pain. You might want to have a third person to spot and help you when you first start so you are sure that you are safe.
