\nAre you waiting in line at grocery store and getting bored? This class will give you the tools to find easy and relaxation while waiting in line anywhere you go. I developed this class while waiting in line myself in the airport feeling really tired, with allergies and a headache and all these symptoms went away while and after doing the exercises. I have mixed together yoga breath, Feldenkrais method and the Alexander technique into a few exercises that are subtle but very important to help the body find back it\u2019s own sense of balance and alignment.
