Yoga can help relieve tension through movement and breath work. Stretches that open the shoulders, chest, and neck can bring blood flow to your head. Yoga can help target stress and tension. Certain poses can boost blood circulation and improve blood to the brain. Remember to always stay hydrated. Essential oils may work especially for days when I do not like taking a pill.
