Standing poses strengthen and energize your feet, legs and hips, but they can also challenge our sense of balance. This sequence includes alignment and activation queues to help you increase the stability of your standing poses. Standing poses can help improve your balance, both physically as well as emotionally. The format of this video is instructional, providing a sequence you can follow while you watch. Poses taught in this video include Mountain (tadasana), Lunge (anjanasana), Chair (utkatasana), Warrior 2 (virabhadrasana 2), Triangle (trikonasana), Extended Side Angle (parsvotanasana), and Half Moon (arda chandrasana). Backbends are really heart openers. When we release our back muscles and properly rotate our thighs in our hip sockets, we can have better posture, use our muscles more efficiently, and open the heart space. The spine is an organ of perception. The more flexible your spinal muscles are, the more flexible your brain is.
In this practice, you will learn: Sphinx, Salambhasana (Locust Pose) variations, Danurasana (Upside down Wheel), Supported Setu Bandha (Bridge) variations, Urdhva Danurasana (Full Wheel) variations. Necessary props: block, belt.

Teacher: Michael,
Student: Marie,
A firm, stable chair is a versatile assistant for your yoga practice. In this video, we explore four standing poses, including the three primary Warrior Poses, with a focus on establishing healthy alignment and activation. The Warrior Poses are challenging due to the combined requirements of leg strength and length. Working with a chair supplements your foundation for these poses, allowing you to more deeply explore the energy of the warrior. The chair can also support the expansion of your focus to encompass the complexity of these asymmetrical poses (your left and right legs are arranged differently). Asana presented in this teacher-and-student video include: Virabhadrasana I, II and III (Warrior 1, 2 and 3) and Ardha Chandrasana (Half-Moon Pose). -NYV0017C

Collibrina leads us through a bedtime ritual. Rituals and habit forming help us feel strength and stability through the chaos of our lives. Everyone’s ritual is different! Healthy rituals can replace bad habits in something known as “habit replacement.” This is a technique often used to get over a vice like smoking or drinking that is harmful to one’s health. Before deciding which habits one would want to replace, it is wise to also see which habits are healthy enough to keep. Below is detail of my Naked Night Ritual Practice!
Come home,
Take off my shoes!
Take off my clothes!
Take off makeup,
Brush my teeth,
Floss my teeth,
Shower,
Singing while showering,
Wash my face with cold water,
Putting lotion on my face,
Make peppermint tea,
Putting body lotion on my body,
Putting lotion on my face, again,
Read a book,
Drinking peppermint tea,
And go to bed naked!
Good Night!!!

ASMR: Naked Witchcraft 4: Astral Projection!
Full-Video: https://vimeo.com/156024177
Teacher: Cat Noble
Student: Collibrina
(Intermediate-Advanced Level)
Anyone can try it, but it may be frustrating for those without a strong foundation in meditation and/or yoga nidra practice.
Astral projection is simply a way of describing an out of body experience, one in which the consciousness (pranic body) feels separated, or temporarily freed from, the physical body. Practitioners are recommended to either begin with the video Guided Meditations: Yoga Nidra, Preparing for Astral Projection, or have a strong yoga nidra practice. This video will guide practitioners through an out of body experience – we will begin with the state of yoga nidra, then systematically separate the consciousness from the body, spend a little time testing our limitations, and finally we safely reunite the two bodies. If you cannot separate the first time, please do not be discouraged! Like any other practice, progress takes time and dedication. There are many different beliefs regarding the application and practicality of astral projection, but at the very least, we know that it is a fun experience and a great way to learn about the capabilities and limitations of your own mind. Truly, we create our own realities. -NYV0067D
ASMR: Naked Witchcraft 3: Preparing for Astral Projection! (Yoga Nidra)

(Intermediate level)
Anyone can try it, but it may be frustrating for those without a strong foundation in meditation, especially Vipassana.
This video will guide practitioners through the art of Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep” wherein the body is allowed to fall asleep while the mind stays conscious. Adding conscious awareness to the processes of healing and integration that happen during regular sleep makes for a profound and effective rest for both mind and body. From this state between dreaming and waking, the practitioner may also attempt lucid dreaming or even try to cultivate an out of body experience. In order to prepare the consciousness to separate from the body, this video employs a non-traditional nidra technique, beginning with the limbs and working toward the center of the body, then moving to the head. This is usually the order in which practitioners find it easiest to separate from their bodies. Once the video has ended, please feel free to continue the practice as long as you like. It is advisable to set an alarm if you are not practicing before bed, as newer practitioners tend to fall asleep. -NYV0067C
ASMR: Naked Witchcraft 2: Third Eye (Ajna) Focus for Self-Reflection!
Full-Video: https://vimeo.com/154336283
Teacher: Cat Noble
Student: Collibrina
(All levels)
This video is good for those who are easily distracted, or anyone wishing to learn their own unconscious thoughts and habits.
Many modern yoga classes teach only the asana (poses), relegating practitioners’ journeys to the physical realm. However, the postures were originally practiced to prepare the body for meditation, leading to deeper exploration of the nature and capabilities of the mind and its connection to both physical and energetic (subtle) existence. This video will guide practitioners through a meditation on the sixth chakra, known as the third eye or ajna. We employ a pratyahara (sense withdrawal) technique of focusing the physical eyes on the third eye to help harness our concentration, then we turn the focus inward to observe our own physical, mental and emotional patterns and habits. This is meant to bring our unconscious habits into the conscious mind so that we can make rational decisions about whether or not each pattern is useful. You may think of it as tilling the soil of your mind, turning up rocks and weeds, and leaving behind fertile ground for new, helpful habits to grow. -NYV0067B

This video is good for those with tight hips or those wishing to sit more comfortably for meditation.
In many modern yoga classes, the physical poses (asana) are front and center, seen as an end in and of themselves. But what many practitioners do not know is that the poses were originally developed to help aid practitioners in preparing the body and mind for long periods of meditation. You may have noticed in your own meditation practice that trying to transition from daily life to seated meditation is not always easy on your mind or your hip joints; you also may have noticed that after a physical class you sometimes experience a lovely feeling of balance and flow. The original yogis of India harnessed this physical and mental harmony created through the poses, carrying it over into their meditation practice and making it easier to attain higher states of realization. This video introduces a short series of poses for all levels, focused on opening the hips and stimulating blood flow throughout the body so that the practitioner may sit for longer periods of meditation with minimal discomfort or distraction. -NYV0067A
Nude Yoga for Beauty 3: Pretty Feet!

(Beginner Level)
Especially for women who clomp around on hard pavement in high heels all day, the feet often become a source of pain and discomfort rather than a strong, healthy base for the whole body. This sequence stretches and strengthens the feet, giving them some nice release from all the hard work we impose on them. We even give ourselves a nice little foot massage! As the sequence comes to a close, we will focus on Downward_Dog. It is one of the most well-known poses, but this time, we will consider it with a focus on our feet. We end the practice in Viparita Karani, with our legs up the wall, letting our feet completely relax into weightlessness. (NYV0034)

Sun Salutations emphasize Warrior I with a back bend. We proceed into a deeper back bend, Bow, and then Wind-Releasing pose to strengthen and tone the abdomen. Soft tissue manipulation is a vital part of maintaining a healthy body – it helps to relax tight muscles and connective tissue, assist in the body’s cleansing processes, and release endorphins to soothe an overactive nervous system. However, issues such as time, affordability and comfort level can prevent us from scheduling a professional massage. This video will demonstrate techniques for massaging the arms, legs, hands and feet, helping to increase blood flow, relax muscular tension and encourage mobility in the connective tissue of the hands and feet. These techniques are especially useful for people with poor circulation to the extremities, those who regularly work with their hands (writing, typing, crafting, etc.) and those who spend long hours on their feet. Please be sure to drink plenty of water following your massage to assist the excretory system. NYV0059D
