This practice is good for those who have trouble relaxing. This video provides a guided savasana, a meditation taken lying down, relaxing the entire body by methodically engaging and releasing each part. This technique brings the practitioner into a deeper and more conscious relaxation and can be particularly helpful for those who have trouble “just letting go”. Once the video is complete, feel free to stay in your savasana as long as you like and explore other meditation techniques while lying down.
