In this video Gray leads Collibrina through a short Yoga practice designed for the end of the day.  The practice begins with Collibrina lying and slowing her breath and moves into gentle twisting, which is the main focus of this particular sequence.  Twisting poses can help release tension that is held in the body.  It is also thought that twisting squeezes toxins out of internal organs that are washed away when the twist ends and blood rushes back into the area that was compressed.  This practice assumes that the muscles have been warmed from a day of activity and its goal is to bring the student back to a calm and relaxed state.
