Lower back pain is the bain of so many people’s existence. Foam rolling is here to the rescue! In this session, we learn to address tightness in the unexpected areas of the body – the upper back and inner thighs – that pull on the muscles that connect with our lower back. Even if you aren’t experiencing pain in those two areas, working on them can ease your low back pain. We begin and end the session with a low back positioning assessment, so you can really feel the before-and-after difference that foam rolling makes.
